Classic Accordion Players
* Teodoro Anzellotti is among the best accordion players in the world. His repertoire ranges from the Baroque to composers like Berio and Kagel or Erik Satie. Anzellotti also teaches at the Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Biel, among others, in Switzerland.
* Kallis Bengtsson is a classical accordion player from Visby, Sweden. He is currently living in Goteborg and has performed solo concerts throughout Sweden and Europe.
He had been featured in a number of radio and television recordings. Now he has founded a private music school in Goteborg, which offers classes in accordion and piano. Bengtsson is also a composer.
Jazz and Avant-Garde Accordion Players
* Amy Denio is an avant-garde composer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist who played in the second Accordion Tribe tour, and is currently based in Seattle.
* Bob Goldberg is one of the best accordion players from New York. He plays in the Brooklyn Academy of Noise Radio Orchestra and in Le Nozze di Carlo.
* Kurt Larsen is a professional accordionist from Denmark who mostly plays jazz. He also plays and has recorded other genres, such as Danish children’s songs, and Danish evergreen and musette.
Entertainment Accordion Players
* Casey Admiraal is one of the best accordion players and organists. He was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and is now residing in Vancouver, Canada. Over the years he has played at a number of weddings.
He can also play the pipe organ for church services, funerals, and weddings.
Admiraal has also recorded a couple of CDs in 2002 including one featuring accordion classics.
* Hugh Barwell is an accordion player from York, England, who plays a wide range of styles. He has written guidebooks on different MIDI modules that are intended for accordion players. He also teaches accordion and MIDI accordion.
Rock Accordion Players
* Ad Cominotto, from Belgium, began to play contemporary classical music for the accordion while studying piano at the Conservatory of Liege. Recently, as an acclaimed accordion player, he has taken up the classical side again after switching to the keyboard.
* Zolty Cracker is a motor fold tribal-pop band from Vancouver, with Annie Wilkinson on bass, accordion, and vocals.
